We are looking for a dynamic Administration Officer with a 'çan do attitude' to support the Carrum Downs office.
About the Role
This is a full-time position responsible for day-to-day administration within the Customer Care Hubs. You will be work closely with Project Coordinators, Managers along with internal claims administrators, consultants, local authorities, surveyors, builders, sub-contractors, property owners and insurance companies to manage the delivery of quality repairs. You will need to a team player, have good written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Taking calls and responsing to customer queries
- Provide administration support and assist with scheduling
- Updating project files and systems
- Sending out work orders to internal and external trades
Attitude, Skills and Experience
- Good administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in fast paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Ability to record accurate notes in internal and external systems.
- Experience working in a insurance, building, trade environment would be desirable but not essential.
To be the successful you have or be willing to obtain the following:
- 100 points of identification (Driver License or Passport)
- Current Clear National Police
- COVID Vaccination Certification
