About the business and the role
OSCA (Occupational Skills Centre Australia) is a private training company (RTO) looking for outstanding people.
Working from our local Training Centre and visiting job networks, schools and various businesses you will be required to build a great business relationship with these groups. In addition we would require time to time assistance with student enrolments. OSCA is compliance and outcome focused and is seeking to build a sales/marketing and business development team focused on these ideals.
This posiiton will report to the General Manager and may require some travel and out of hours attendance at events.
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Market and promote OSCA to build our base of students and trainees.
- Build community networks and relationships with groups such as job network providers.
- Prepare basic marketing material.
- Prove analysis on promotional and marketing activities.
- Keep in regular contact with employers job networks and education managers to identify opportunities to secure clients for OSCA with employment outcomes in mind.
- Support student enrolment and assist in student success.
Skills and experience
- Looking for an outgoing person who can build a rapport with people quickly.
- You will need to be self driven to meet your targets.
- A person that presents well and has a friendly and professional persona.
- Someone with a sales background may have an advantage, however this is not necessary for you to be considered.
- This position may suit someone returning to the workforce.
