Extrastaff is seeking to place an Admin/ Training Coordinatorto work with our national manufacturing client (James Hardie) who are located in Carole Park in Brisbane's West.
As an admin/Training Coordinator you will need to utilise your attention to detail, creative thinking and organisational skills to book and manage training requirements, compile documents, ensure all competencies and compliance is accurate and up to date as well as other standard administration duties like answering phones, data entry, responding to emails and scheduling meetings
This is a casual role through labour hire and the hours of work are Monday to Friday 4am - 12pm and this position does have the opportunity to go Perm after a qualifying period of 3 months for the right candidate.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THESE:
- Certificate III in business administration or similar; or relevant administration experience.
- Intermediate computer skills. SAP experience is required.
- At least three years experience in warehousing, distribution, administration, will be considered favourably. Ideally a similar role.
- High attention to detail
- Strong Data analysis Skills
- Time management skills
