About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Magento Web Developer, to play a key part in building, maintaining, and enhancing our Adobe Commerce Magento multi stores. You will work closely with third party developers, designers, and key stakeholders to deliver exceptional e-commerce experiences for our customers.
The Web Developer will be tasked to:
• Develop and implement various Adobe Commerce (Magento 2) custom modules and features on multiple website storefronts
• Build and maintain APIs to ensure smooth integration with ERP and other third party applications to expand store functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve web related front-end/back-end issues and manage ticket resolution platform
• Manage all backend testing and production environments, continuously testing and developing new features and functionality
• Oversees the deployment of new web development projects and integrations across the business
• Development of custom and responsive website layouts and implementation into CMS platform
• Optimize website performance and security to ensure a smooth user experience and greater conversions
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Magento trends and technologies
Qualifications and Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in both front-end and back-end development,working with Adobe Commerce (Magento 2) or previous versions.
• Strong proficiency in Magento 2 template building and customising features.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and in-depth knowledge of XML for configuring Magento 2.
• Familiarity with various APIs and integration techniques.
• Experience with SEO best practices and Google optimization.
• Good understanding of web and mobile standards, performance, accessibility, and usability considerations.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communications skills.
