New Directions Australia Also manufacturer skin care, hair care, cosmetics, and wellbeing products. We also sell high end packaging to the cosmetic and fashion industries from our contemporary office and showroom in Marrickville.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for Web Developer to join our growing team at New Directions Australia in our Sydney Head Office. 

In this role you will work within our product and development team to build on and optimise the end to end e-commerce experience 

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:  

• Maintaining existing e-commerce websites including products, categories and content
• Creation of New Website, webpages, and responsive layouts.
• Maintenance of all company websites and uploading of new designs and banners
• Creation of Marketing codes, coupons, and demonstration portals.
• Creation, integration and troubleshooting of plug ins, Wordpress, E-pages, Shopify, and core files.
• Optimising loading pages, SEO, Google tags and analytics.
• Creates and executes testing protocols to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Regularly communicates with team members and stakeholders to discuss projects.

About you:

• A relevant degree in Web development or related field.
• Experience in web development- Highly regarded if the experience is in Wordpress, E-pages, Shopify or Majento
• Must be organised and competent to complete tasks, unsupervised.
• You’re a self-starter that enjoys working in a busy operation environment.
• Strong MS Office and Outlook Skills
• Experience in deploying new websites.
• Knowledge on HTML, web analytics, CSS and a ERP System will be highly regarded.
