The role: As the Adult Occupational Therapy Team Lead, you will play a critical role in planning, delivering, and evaluating Occupational Therapy services for customers and NDIS participants. Your responsibilities include conducting thorough subjective and objective assessments using standardized outcome measures, developing therapeutic treatments based on these findings, and collaboratively setting short and long-term goals with clients. You will support client inclusion in their chosen communities, collaborate with various stakeholders, and manage services within available funding parameters.
