Administrative Services Officer - Front Office

Ongoing - Part Time (0.6 FTE, 22.8 hrs per week)

Clonard College are currently seeking applications for an experienced Administrative Services Officer - Front Office.

The Administrative Services Officer – Front Office is the first person to formally greet students, families and visitors when they enter the College or when they contact the College and represents a key public face within the Clonard community. 

The successful candidate will have an exemplary customer service focus demonstrating excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple demands in a busy office and a demonstrated understanding of appropriate behaviours when working with children. Experience in an educational environment as an Administrative Services Officer is desirable.
