A place of opportunity! We are looking for a Pharmacist Advanced Team Leader – General Internal Medicinewho is flexible in their thinking and courageous in their actions. A person with compassion and empathy, who understands that attitudes are contagious.
As the Pharmacist Advanced Team Leader – General Internal Medicine, you will bring a high level of managerial knowledge and skills to provide operational management of the team and a specialist level of clinical knowledge and skills. You will lead a medium-sized team of Clinical Pharmacists and Clincal Assistants with management of the team involving clinical and resource allocation with a formal role in the performance appraisal and clinical supervision and management of subordinate staff.
All Team Leader positions must be available for a 7-day, extended hours roster and clinical on-call duties.
