They draw on evidence-based frameworks to deliver dynamic case management practice with offenders who have complex needs and those who have committed serious offences. You will help a caseload of complex and high risk clients meet their court order conditions and connect them to community programs and services. • conducting risk assessments
  • preparing case plans
  • providing interventions
  • coordinating service providers and care teams
  • address the underlying causes of offending
  • leading and developing case management staff.

  • Comprehensive training when you commence and throughout your career
  • Secondments and promotions
  • Employee discounts and salary sacrificing
