About the Role
The Advancement Manager, Donor Growth will manage and grow a fundraising program to attract new donors, retain donors, increase donor participation and gift giving, focusing on first time giving, recurring and regular gifts from alumni, staff and other UTS friends along with supporting and promoting external/community fundraising activities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing, managing and nurturing the Advancement Small Gift Giving Strategy including a variety of small gift giving programs in consultation with the Chief Advancement Officer
- Overseeing a multi-channel annual calendar of integrated and coordinated solicitation and communications which includes annual fund-raising targets focussed on increasing the number of small gift donors (
- Implementing and managing customer experience initiatives including recognition programs and novel incentives for regular and significant individual donors
- In collaboration with the Manager, Prospect Research and Management analysing UTS giving data to identify new major gift or bequest donors
- A highly self-motivated individual with the ability to implement strategies and tactics to achieve Donor Growth objectives
- Extensive marketing experience in the not-for-profit or educational setting with a strong focus on market growth strategies and tactics
- Data analysis capabilities related to segmenting constituents to maximise strategies and effectiveness of market growth activities and tracking results
- A proven ability to generate innovative ideas, fresh perspectives and creative solutions that will add value and growth
- Strong project management skills
Base Salary Range: $113,282 to $129,017 pa (HEW 8)
This role attracts 17% superannuation in addition to the base salary.
