Operational Team Manager - Advancement Opportunity

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Manager to oversee operations at our 5-star luxury salon in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including customer service, staff management, and business development.

Responsibilities:

• -Manage customer bookings and inquiries in person, over the phone, via email, and through social media.
• -Complete sales transactions both in the salon and over the phone.
• Handle and process online orders.
• Manage social media platforms and content creation (Instagram and TikTok).
• Ensure the salon is well-maintained, clean, and sterile.
• Conduct stock counts and manage inventory control for salon materials and other products.
• Order necessary materials and supplies.
• -Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• -Conduct weekly video meetings.
• -Achieve set targets and KPIs and monitor staff performance against their targets and KPIs.
• -Implement sales promotions and business strategies to increase business turnover.
• -Run weekly reports on Timely.
• Respond to Google reviews and encourage clients to post reviews.
• -Ensure the quality of services aligns with salon treatment protocols and brand standards.
• -Handle payroll speadsheet.Send invoices and expenses to the bookkeeper.

Qualifications:

• -roven experience as a Salon Manager or similar role in a luxury salon setting.
• -Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• -Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• P-roficiency in using various digital tools and platforms for communication, task management, and reporting.
• -Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.
• -Experience in handling payroll and basic accounting tasks is a plus.
