The Opportunity

We have a new opportunity available for an Advice Associate to join our Financial Services business in Sydney or Melbourne. Within this position you will be working closely with and support our Financial Planners to provide comprehensive administrative support as well as providing a highly personable experience to our customers.
 

To do this successfully you will:

  • Assist in the preparation of customer meetings, supporting research, handling documentation, record management and implementation of advice to customers
  • Conduct existing product research to support our Advisers
  • Implement any customer advice in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with different parts of the business to support business initiatives and support a well-functioning team
  • Continuously build your knowledge of the Advice industry, legislative changes, attend professional development and compliance training sessions and complete all learning within the required timeframes
     

Successful applications will demonstrate:

  • A Diploma of Financial Services, Financial Planning (RG146 compliance) preferred
  • Experience in a busy customer service / client facing role
  • Previous experience working in a Financial Planning / Advice business
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Well-developed rapport building and customer engagement skills
  • Sound risk management thinking and practices
