We are currently looking for an experienced financial Advice Compliance professional to join the team in delivering our financial advice audit program. This will initially be a 15-month fixed-term contract linked to a parental leave vacancy with the possibility of permanency.
The Opportunity
This role involves:
- Reviewing financial advice provided to clients against regulatory and business requirements
- Providing feedback and coaching to financial advisers based on your reviews
- Helping to manage, maintain and revise the audit program
- Acting as a subject matter expert for financial Advice Compliance
About you:
To be successful in the role you will need to have:
- a minimum of 4 years’ experience within the financial advice industry
- extensive technical knowledge of financial planning practices and requirements
- a strong working knowledge of financial planning regulatory and compliance requirements
- the ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce or other related discipline
