The opportunity – 6-month contract
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on driving business changes across strategies, information flows, regulatory change management, compliance issue management, and fostering a learning culture. You will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes that align with our strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Analyse current information flows and processes, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Propose and implement improvements to optimize information flow across the organization.
- Create detailed documentation of information flow processes and changes.
- Stay updated on relevant regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organization and ensure that regulatory changes are integrated into business processes and policies.
- Communicate regulatory changes and their implications to stakeholders effectively.
We are looking for:
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on strategic and regulatory change
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Information Technology, Compliance or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis techniques and tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance management.
- Ability to understand and align business strategies with regulatory requirements.
