The Role
Reporting to the Advice Tech Support Team Lead you will be responsible for providing direct support to financial planners and support staff within the Insignia Financial network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Advice Technology support: Provide first and second level support in accordance with agreed service level standards
- Provide user first-line support in via phone and email
- Develop a knowledge of the users' businesses, their requirements, and expectations of the software
- Work within the team to plan the implementation and delivery of supported Insignia Financial platforms
- Deliver a high-quality service standard in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA's)
- Provide training to other staff and team members
To Be Successful in This Role You Will Possess:
- Relevant tertiary qualification or RG 146 Compliance highly regarded but not essential
- Knowledge of XPLAN highly regarded but not required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills combined with initiative and enthusiasm to provide resolutions
- A client centric approach and the ability to create and operate effectively within a highly collaborative team
- Strong organisational skills to handle multiple tasks and demonstrated ability to manage an array of tasks
- Demonstrated ability to assess areas for process improvement and implement innovation
