The primary responsibility is to provide a ‘best in industry’ experience when dealing with financial advisers and investors (internal and external). This is a role that reflects our transformation where no two days are the same. The ability to multitask and communicate the benefits of the Futurity Education Bond to Financial Advisers are key attributes which will ensure your career success.
Your days will involve:
- Delivering a consistent and responsive experience throughout the financial adviser life cycle.
- Contribute to the national distribution team by providing timely and accurate sales and service support to establish, maintain and build relationships.
- Assist the Business Development Managers with business development and relationship management.
- Engage Financial Advisers by both inbound and outbound telephone work.
- Monitoring Adviser care call queues and Adviser care inbox.
- Maintain accurate and timely records through the CRM to fulfill all Financial Adviser and investor needs.
- Supporting day-to-day operations to both Financial Advisers and Customers.
- Optimising operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
- Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures.
- Identifying ways to improve Financial Adviser and investor experience.
- Maintaining policy and procedures documents
- Tracking and reporting on operational performance
What you will bring to the position:
- 3+ years of experience within the financial services industry across Wealth/Investments/Insurance, supporting Financial Advisers will be highly regarded.
- Self-starter with strong time management and organisation skills, and the ability to work to deadlines.
- A desire to grow a career in financial services.
- An understanding of technical financial products to be able interpret the PDS and be a source of knowledge on the product.
- Strong sales skills to effectively communicate the value proposition of Futurity and its products ultimately driving growth.
- A client-centric approach
- Optimising operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
- Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - CRM / Computer skills.
