As a Workforce Adviser you will work closely with a caseload of job seekers, assisting them to get a job and keep it. Workforce Advisers develop rapport and provide high level customer service. They assist in addressing barriers to employment by progressing job seekers in their journey throughout the wellbeing, activity and employment phases. They will work with the job seeker to achieve the goal of finding employment suitable to the circumstances of the individual.
We focus on teamwork and living by our values. No previous experience in employment services is needed, with full on the job training provided.
This is a full-time position (38hrs per week, Monday - Friday) based at our
Narrabri office. Part-time hours may be considered.
