The Role

An opportunity has arisen for a staff member with a strong financial services administration background to join the Financial Planning team in our waterfront Newcastle office.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Record of Advice documents for existing clients
- Liaise with clients
- Liaise with and support advisers
- Working collaboratively within a team to service new and existing clients
Experience and Skills
- Previous experience in a financial services administration role
- Experience in preparing Record of Advice documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal and external Financial Planners
