Newcastle Financial Planning Group (NFPG) is actively seeking a highly organised and experienced candidate to join our esteemed financial planning team based in Newcastle (The Junction). The Financial Adviser Support role offers a formal developmental pathway through the ranks within a growth business, meaning that opportunity abounds for the right person. We will work alongside you and deploy our EVP to prepare you for your own personal growth journey.
You will play a pivotal role within our organisation, you will work closely with our Advisers and Clients at NFPG, while also having the opportunity to collaborate with the broader Coastal Advice Group (CAG) team. This unique structure allows for personalised service at the local level while leveraging the collective expertise of our skilled colleagues across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- As a Financial Adviser Support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless client experiences and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Advice Team with tasks associated with the delivery of Financial Advice.
- Conduct Research and analysis on client strategies and products for the Advice team.
- Preparation of detailed Statement of Advice requests for Adviser sign off.
- Checking and audit of SOA and Advice quality against licensee and industry standards.
- Ensure the CAG Advice process is adhered to at all times including Xplan tasks and production of compliant documentation for Adviser approval.
- Attend client meetings to support the Financial Adviser and integration of Wealth Central.
- Communicate and engage with new and existing clients of the Company.
- Support internal projects within the business to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the overall business operation.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Previous experience in the Financial Planning industry is essential.
- Technical/strategic Financial Planning knowledge is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in utilising Xplan for client administration activities is highly desirable.
- Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
- Ability to manage high-volume workflows efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams to achieve common business objectives.
