ABOUT THE ROLE
To promote a workforce and positive workplace culture that is free of discrimination and reflective of the NSW community through the formulation, evaluation, coordination and integration of diversity policies, plans and outcomes into organisational workforce planning. Within this framework provide an advisory and educational service to managers and staff on workforce diversity issues. The position will also develop, implement and evaluate programs that build positive workplaces and provide support for all employees in an environment of organisational and cultural improvement.

Our Ideal candidate
We are seeking candidates who share our CORE values of collaboration, openness, respect, and empowerment. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong communication skills, committed to delivering excellent customer service and supporting their colleagues and stakeholders. They should have at least 2 years of experience in a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion role or something similar, and possess a genuine passion for driving positive change in workplace culture.
