Address Make a difference as an Injury Management Advisor
Your Role
In this position you’ll manage and deliver health and recovery outcomes for those injured in motor vehicle accidents.
As a trusted advisor you’ll actively share knowledge and provide Injury Management assistance and guidance to a team of Claims Consultants working towards a common goal centred on the customer, capability, performance, and work quality.
You'll build and manage relationship with key stakeholders including service and rehabilitation providers.
This full-time permanent position is based in Sydney, offering hybrid working environment.

About You
Tertiary qualifications in medical, health or allied health disciplines
Experience working with people from various backgrounds, to achieve outstanding health and recovery outcomes and desired business outcomes
The ability to multi-task; manage high volumes and competing priorities
A strong commitment to assisting those in need in the development and implementation of individual return to work programs.
Approachable and practiced in providing specialised advice to diverse parties.
