Job description:
The Advisor - Policy and People Development supports the development, maintenance and promotion of human resource related policies and related resources.
The role:
The Advisor - Policy and People Development supports the development, maintenance and promotion of human resource related policies and related resources that support the Department’s workforce strategies and compliance obligations. This includes assisting and coordinating in the implementation and maintenance of human resources workforce initiatives. The role also contributes to annual activities undertaken by People and Culture to ensure compliance with the legislative framework as it relates to employment.
