The group is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment and selection process for relevant roles across Custodial, Community Corrections, and Specialist Operations for Queensland Correctional Services with a focus on bulk volume recruitment assessment centres. The successful applicant will be required to travel intrastate regularly.

Access the
-Provide ongoing candidate management with an aim to attracting appropriate talent for QCS operational positions.
-Act as the point of contact for the resolution of applicant queries, including liaising with external providers.
-Identify potential risks and conflicts and inform management.
-Review and analyse applications and draft correspondence to applicants as required.
-Develop and deliver relevant training to HR practitioners and relevant stakeholders.
-Undertake recruitment activities/checks to ensure applicants are eligible for appointment in accordance with legislative requirements.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
-Contribute to the development, review and implementation of recruitment policy and practices, including reporting.
-Provide highly professional customer focused services to customers and stakeholders.
-Develop and administer systems and processes that ensure the integrity of HR information whilst ensuring confidentiality
