Industries Adviser

The essential requirements for this role are:

• Detailed knowledge or previous experience in a business environment
• Leadership with the ability to motivate and encourage others to meet the challenges of demanding work roles
• Experience and understanding of schedule and revenue targets within a business environment
• Experience in the development and planning activities to ensure the effective utilisation of Resource Management
• Problem solving and analytical skills for resolving issues and improving practices and processes
• Effective interpersonal skills as evidenced by the ability to build successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated written communication and research skills including the ability to prepare reports and submissions on complex matters
• Understanding and practical application of legislation, policies and procedures relating to industry operations
• Ability to liaise with people from diverse social and cultural backgrounds
