We are excited to offer a qualified, holistic health care professional the chance to join our inbound Naturopathic Practitioner Advisory team for 10 months and deliver the exceptional level of customer care that differentiates Blackmores as the leading authority on Natural Health.
Supporting both Blackmores and our leading practitioner-focused brand; BioCeuticals, provide trusted and reliable holistic, health and product advice for the general public, retail partners and health care professionals. Whilst offering first class customer experience across a range of different communication touchpoints (phone, email, instant messaging etc), the aim of the team is to deliver authentic, naturopathic support via education and recommendations.
This is a full-time role. Candidates must be able to work a minimum of 3 days per week from one of our Sydney offices; Surry Hills or Warriewood

Who are you?
- Degree qualification Naturopath
- Naturopathic knowledge, clear concise communication skills
- Consumer and product understanding
- Communication skills and strong computer literacy
- Ability to work independently of supervision and confidence and experience to create your own work,
- A multitasker
- Ability to research and source information (technical and otherwise) using multiple resources
