Our Client:
Our client is a global manufacturer of pumping products that provides unique solutions to a wide range of industries. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an energetic, customer-focused, and motivated individual to join their After Sales and Service team on a permanent full-time basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering accurate sales quotes and general service pricing.
Key Duties:
Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Responding to pricing requests and queries
- Accurate data input using the CRM
- Effective document management - ensuring all contracts, pricing and supporting documentation are filed appropriately and are accessible
- Ensuring After Sales Service and agreements are improved, adjusted, and implemented as required
- Evaluating and updating new pricing agreements
- Compile documentation for delivery and receivables
- Travel nationally and internationally when required - business and training.
About You:
The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience with maintenance management of specialised equipment is highly desirable, but not essential
- Trade Certificate Qualification, Mechanical Fitter or Diploma of Mechanical Engineering is desirable, but not essential
- Strong communicator, both verbal and written with excellent problem-solving abilities.
