After School Assistance, Glen Iris (3 School Kids)

Hello potential babysitter!
We are looking for some After School Assistance with our 3 children. They are all at school which is walking distance from our house (~7 minutes). Heidi and Abbie are 8yo ID twins in grade 3 (but one has a Taylor Swift inspired fringe so they are easy to tell apart!) and Declan has just turned 6yo and has just started prep this year (he tells people there is just one of him...!).
We would ideally love someone to assist us x2 nights per week After School from 3 - 6/6:30pm plus casual babysitting if available. We can be flexible with which 2 days After School, we just need to be able to plan going into the office around the days we have babysitter assistance.
The role would require collecting the kiddos from school, overseeing them unpack bag / lunch box, organising afternoon tea (and cleaning up after feeding time at the zoo?!), helping with getting kids to activities (will depend on day), minor dinner prep if time permits, helping with homework, helping get organised for the following day (packing lunches, uniforms out etc.) and just general regular reminding / guiding the children for what they need to be doing / planning for next.
About you: we need someone reliable who is firm but fun and who isn't phased with the hustle and bustle of After School snacking / organising / getting to activities on time. You will need a drivers licence to be able to take kiddos to After School activities (Monday = Swimming, Tuesday = Kumon, Wednesday = Gymnastics, Thursday = Basketball) and be able to multi-task (e.g. ability to explain why dinosaurs went extinct whilst making peanut butter toast and making sure swimming caps are on!!)
We hosted au pairs when our children were younger so our kids are accustomed to welcoming carers and they really enjoy meeting new people (they LOVE a good chat!). They are very loving / affectionate kids but do need assistance with reminders to help them stay on track with tasks.
If you are available x2 days After School for 3 - 3.5 hours each day (so 6 - 7 hours per week) and have experience with looking After School aged children we would love to chat to you further to find out if we are a good fit.
