Mt Gravatt and Capalaba Volkswagen are owned by Autosports Group which is a large, listed retail automotive group representing the world’s greatest prestige and luxury automotive brands, across 55 dealerships with 1800 employees.
Due to increased demand for the brand, they are seeking an experienced Aftermarket Sales Consultant to work in collaboration with the sales team to sell warranty and aftermarket accessories to customers.
Responsibilities Include;
- Recommend aftermarket products and merchandise based on customer needs and vehicle.
- Answer questions and overcome customer objections.
- Liaise with the finance department to close deals with customers.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Extended Warranty Policies available for New and Used Vehicles, Accessories for each model and Aftermarket products suitable for the Vehicle Range
- Consult with the Sales Manager and finance department on price negotiations.
- Develop aftermarket promotions and offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the sales to maximise profit and meet targets.
To be successful you will;
- Have exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close a sale.
- Be customer focused and have excellent attention to detail.
- Ideally have a similar background and or experience in the automotive industry.
- Be very well presented have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
