About You & the Role:
- Create engaging, connecting and memorable moments with our customers
- Excellent communication skills - Build rapport quickly and act with integrity
- A demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding monthly sales KPIs
- Deliver the ultimate customer experience with a high level of professionalism
- Be hungry to learn and humble when mistakes are made
- Use your owner’s mindset to manage your time, prioritise the important tasks and ensure that you meet customer and business deadlines
- Be agile and flexible to change, things move pretty quickly here
- A strong and reliable work ethic & process driven mindset
- Keeping our customers informed during their new car purchase journey
- Updating your DMS
- Motor Salesperson or Dealer Licence, not essential but highly regarded - this will be required at some stage
- Delivering the feature and benefits to customers - taking them through their new car deliveries
Must haves:
- Full and current manual Drivers License
