Reporting to the General Manager and supported by an experienced team, the focus of this position is to lead the team into effective sales strategies and sales growth outcomes. This key appointment will appeal to a seasoned sales leader with the business acumen and energy to lead a tight-knit, dedicated team into improved value proposition selling and Account Management techniques.
This role requires a high level of motivation and a proven track record selling building materials, along with substantial experience in multi-level B2B negotiation. Commercially savvy and a strong negotiator with a results driven attitude, you must be able to demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of the sales process including client servicing and territory management principles.
