AddressIn this role, you will oversee the production process, ensure quality in coffee roasting, and lead a team of pick packers to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate coffee roasting machinery to maintain consistent product quality and roasting profiles.
• Safely use a forklift to transport green coffee beans, roasted coffee, and packaging materials throughout the production area.
• Lead and oversee a team of pick packers to fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Perform pick packing duties as needed, including selecting, packing, and labeling coffee products for shipment.
• Assist in loading and unloading shipments of green coffee beans and other raw materials.
• Conduct regular quality checks and adhere to food safety standards to ensure high-quality coffee products.
• Support maintenance tasks on roasting equipment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Uphold safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Production Operator or similar role in a coffee roasting or food manufacturing environment.
• Valid forklift license and demonstrated proficiency in safe forklift operations.
• Previous experience in pick packing and leading a team of pick packers is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of coffee roasting processes and equipment is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
