Job DescriptionProduction WorkersWe are currently seeking experienced
Production Operators to join one of Australia’s largest well-known dairy manufacturers located in Dandenong South. Due to continued growth, we have another 10 x permanent full time opportunities available on either the day or night shift teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Production Manager your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Working in a fast paced production environment
- Assisting with the running of a designated line
- Operating machinery in accordance to the SOP
- Quality control ensuring standards are met
- Monitor and control appropriate levels of materials to ensure plant efficiencies are met
- Trouble shooting minor production line issues or escalating to the maintenance team
- Patricipate in line change overs
- Adhere to all GMP, OH&S and quality standards
- Assist in maintaining a clean and tidy work area
All available opportunities will be working on a 12-hour fortnightly roster (Monday to Saturday)
- Day Shift – 6am till 6pm
- Night Shift – 6pm till 6am
About YouTo be successful in this opportunity, you will possess the following:
- Previous experience operating food production machinery within a FMCG manufacturing industry
- Previous dairy manufacturing experience an advantage
- High attention to detail to ensure quality is never compromised
- An understanding of food safety, GMP and HACCP standards
- Excellent communication, literacy and numerical skills
- Continuous learning mindset and ability to work as part of a team
- Reliable transport
