Position OverviewAs an Agtech Product Specialist, at SwarmFarm Robotics, you will be at the forefront of ensuring customer satisfaction and driving long-term success with autonomous farming equipment. This is a hands-on role that encompasses a wide array of responsibilities, with a focus on customer engagement, problem resolution, and continuous improvement of our products. Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and ensuring prompt resolution of problems.
- Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs, offering tailored solutions and support.
- Ensure efficient and timely resolution of customer enquiries, prioritising urgent issues and organising the team's workload accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges in both hardware and software.
- Organise and prioritise your team's workload, ensuring that urgent tasks are addressed promptly.
- Work closely with team members to coordinate and optimise support efforts.
- Provide support for both software and hardware issues, working closely with customers to resolve technical challenges.
- Manage delivery of new machines to customers.
- Actively seek opportunities to enhance both hardware and software products, gathering customer feedback and contributing to product development.
- Conduct on-farm visits to ensure customers are adept in using their machines and to identify any knowledge gaps.
- Ensure the delivery of training sessions to customers and internal team members as needed.
- Provide software and hardware support leadership within your team.
- Oversee deliveries, hardware and software support.
- Practical experience in on-farm or trades roles is an advantage.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, agriculture, or business is highly regarded.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the agricultural sector.
- A keen interest in agricultural technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the desire to build rapport with our farmer customers.
- Proven problem-solving, organisation, and task prioritising skills
- Flexibility to travel as required.
