- Own the end-to-end management of our most important products, focusing on commercial performance and customer experience improvements.
- Deeply analyse the performance of these products to guide your product strategy.
- Lead market and competitor analysis to identify and exploit unique opportunities in the market.
- Engage directly with customers to gather insights that drive product improvements and improve retention.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for each product, which may include new business models or partnerships.
- Work with technical teams and other Product Managers to prioritise and implement technical changes that enhance functionality and improve customer satisfaction.
- Use A/B testing and other experimental approaches to refine our product offerings based on data-driven insights.
- Identify content gaps and work collaboratively with our marketing, design and copywriting teams to produce relevant and impactful content that improves engagement and retention.
- Maintain transparent and frequent communication with internal and external stakeholders about product performance, strategic direction, and operational updates.
- 3+ years’ experience in product management or a related field, with a proven track record of managing commercially successful products.
- Deep empathy for customers, with a strong focus on delivering superior user experiences and value.
- A high degree of initiative, with a track record of taking ownership and driving results.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and commercial modelling.
- Demonstrated ability to work within cross-functional teams in a dynamic, agile environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Previous experience working in healthcare or high-growth businesses is highly advantageous
