Aged Care Clinical Nurse - $105K P.a. + $20K Bonus

Curis Recruitment is delighted to collaborate with an exceptional health service in Western Australia in their search a Clinical Nurse to join their team.

• Annual salary range: $99,431 - $105,002 p.a. pro rata (plus 11% superannuation)
• Retention Bonuses: $8,500 upon completion of 6 months, an additional $8,500 upon completion of 12 months
• District Weekly allowance: $61.53 per week (in addition to Retention Bonus)
• Total Bonus if you complete 6- Months $10,086
• Total Bonus if you complete 12-months $$20,199

Selection Criteria:

• Experience working in an MPS setting
• 5+ years of nursing experience
• Aged Care and management experience
• Community nursing experience
• Demonstrated leadership and coordination abilities in diverse team settings
• Highly refined communication skills, with a proven track record of building and sustaining strong relationships
• Clear and demonstrated commitment to delivering best practice Aged Care

Eligibility Requirements:

• Current registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions
• National Crime Check or willingness to obtain
• Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain
• Experience in working in an MPS setting
