Due to increased demand for our courses, we are seeking several suitably qualified and experienced Trainers/ Assessors who have the flexibility to train and assess -
CHC33015 - Certificate III in Individual Support
Qualifications & experience
- Certificate III in Aged care / Disability
- At least 2 years experience working in the Aged care disability sector
- A passion to train others to excel in the Aged care/ Disability industry
Tasks & responsibilities
- Provide training that engages and supports the student to progress through their course so that they successfully complete the training
- Assess and address the varied learning needs of each student including language, literacy and numeracy
- Provide relevant feedback to students and arrange for remedial action to be taken
- Completion of training and assessment, as well as entering records, within specified timelines regarding training results
- Adhere to Auctus' policies and procedures
