The position
Do you want to make a change to the Early Childhood Education and care industry by educating the educators? Then this role is for you.
We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood educator looking to start their training career as a Trainer & Assessor. You will service our South Australian students studying their Early Childhood Education qualifications (Cert III and Diploma). You will be required to deliver training and assessment to learners in their workplace and facilitate classes on campus in Smithfield.
No training experience is necessary. We will provide full training and support you through your Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Salary details
$59,570 + incentive scheme + fully maintained company car
Responsibilities
This role will require you to communicate, build relationships, plan, and deliver training and assessment. Continually promoting our services to grow the region will be critical to your success. There will be a mobile phone & laptop provided.
Experience and qualifications
To be considered you must have the following:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education/Children's Services (required)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Early Childhood Education and care sector
- Intermediate computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Open Licence (travel is a requirement)
- Working with Children Check
- Excellent customer service skills
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE40116 is a nice to have, but we will support you to complete.
