We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aged Care Nurse to join our team. As an Aged Care Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality nursing care to our elderly residents. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in our care while working within a supportive and collaborative team environment
- Provide direct nursing care and support to elderly residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication administration, wound care, and monitoring of vital signs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health status and contribute to the development of holistic care plans.
- Foster a safe and supportive environment for residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of nursing assessments, care plans, and interventions.
- Act as an advocate for residents, ensuring their voices are heard and their preferences are respected.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding health management, disease prevention, and coping strategies.

Selection Criteria:
- Fully qualified and AHPRA Registered Nurse
- Experience working within Aged Care Facilities
- Immunisation Certificate will be high regarded
- The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
