Position Profile: The primary responsibility of the Clinical Nurse is to manage, coordinate and deliver competent nursing care for patients, using leadership and advanced nursing skills and knowledge relevant to the palliative care nursing practice, in a community and hospital setting.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated advanced nursing practice within the palliative care practice setting.
  • Demonstrated advanced skills in planning, coordination and decision making, within the palliative care practice setting.
  • Demonstrates incorporation of quality and risk management within practice.
