We are not a massage factory! We deliver quality, holistic, evidence-based services for patients in Aged Care facilities, NDIS, hospital in the home rehab, and community. - Learn from a diverse clinical caseload ranging from Residential Aged Care (AN-ACC), Neurological rehab (NDIS), Orthopaedic rehab (rehab in the home), and COVID response programs (Medicare).
- Work closely and collaboratively with our broader team to achieve patient outcomes - consisting of geriatricians, podiatrists, occupational therapists, exercise physiologists, and speech pathologists.
- Receive dedicated 1:1 training from our senior staff to equip you with the skills and knowledge to succeed in your position.
- Access ongoing clinical support and mentoring from the team leader, regional manager, and a dedicated senior physiotherapist as part of our mentorship program.
About the Role
As a Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist with us, you will work at our residential Aged Care facilities in Western/Southwest Sydney and be responsible for delivering exercise-based intervention and exercise programs, as well as undertaking referrals from other allied health professionals including various assessments and falls reviews. In this role you will also not have to work solo! You will get to work closely and collaboratively with our broader team to achieve patient outcomes.
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Providing therapies as directed by Care Managers.
- Identifying and assessing appropriate mobility, manual handling, and complex needs within high-care and low-care residents.
- Implementing measurable falls prevention programs.

About You
- Current AHPRA registration as a physiotherapist.
- Can provide independent professional treatment based on strong clinical reasoning.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality care.
- Respectful of resident confidentiality, rights, cultural beliefs, and privacy.
- Demonstrated knowledge of APA standards and uphold these standards within the physiotherapy program.
- Able to commit to a long-term/permanent opportunity.
- Valid police check, driver’s license, and have access to a vehicle.
- Understanding of AN-ACC, Medicare, and NDIS funding tool is desirable but not essential.
