- Provide high-quality nursing care to Aged Care residents.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Monitor and report on the health status of residents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and guidelines.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Aged Care or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and person-centered care.
