- Enjoy supporting one another in your team and provide leadership when required
- You’ll advocate with and for patients and their carers/families to enable choice and decision making that supports independence and quality of life
- Based in South Australia
- AHPRA Registration with no Limitations/Notations
- A good understanding of contemporary Aged Care, clinical practice and clinical leadership (advantageous) in a residential setting
- Previous experience in the Aged Care sector and clinical nursing
- Availability to work all shifts, including night shifts when needed
- Sound knowledge of ACFI and Documentation
- Must have work rights - regional visa holders welcome to apply
- Great written documentation and assessment skills
