Requires: Experience in Aged Care duties (low and high needs) + Valid driver’s license and registered vehicle

Location: Brisbane and surrounding suburbs
Your normal day will involve:
- Housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Organizing customer appointments and outings
- Assisting with banking, shopping, and bill payments
- Personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
- High needs care such as continence management, catheter care, and PEG feeding
- Supporting clients with rehabilitation activities and therapies
- Providing transport as per individual care plans
- Reporting changes, incidents, and maintaining excellent relationships with all stakeholders
