We are looking for an experienced Aged Care Support Worker to join our Centre-Based programs in Meadow Heights, Craigieburn, and Mill Park, on a casual basis. Working as part of the Social Support team, and reporting to the Social Support Team Leader you will be responsible for:
- Developing and facilitating group programs that best suit the client’s needs and goals.
- Providing direct support for individuals during program delivery such as personal care, behavioral, physical, and social supports.
- Creating a positive environment for all clients promoting both physical and emotional well-being.
- Providing quality services and outcomes, by the relationships formed between staff, the people we support, their families and representatives.
- Providing emotional support by talking to clients about their needs and listening to their concerns.
The fine print
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo a National Police Check, International Police Check (if applicable), hold a valid WWCC.
- Full driver license and travel between sites required.
