As a Community Support Worker at Feros Care, you'll be a key player in delivering exceptional care and support to older adults. This is an autonomous role that requires you to travel throughout the Lodden Mallee (Bendigo), VICregions. Permanent Part Time Job Security is on offer.

Your Role:

You will be out and about in the community, working with clients to achieve their health and wellbeing goals. You will provide a range of services to our valued clients, including:

Assisting clients with personal care services

• Transporting clients to and from appointments
• Supporting with domestic cleaning
• Preparing light meals

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary Range: 31.27 p/hour + 11% superannuation.
• Tax-Free Benefits: Salary packaging up to $15,899 p.a. + Meal and Entertainment Card ($2,650 pre-tax).
• Travel Reimbursement: 96c per km.
• Equipment: Smartphone and specific tools provided.
• Support: Full rostering and administrative support for appointment management.
• Professional Development: Training opportunities and career advancement.
• Parental Leave: 9 weeks paid (eligible applicants)

About You:

• A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability - MUST hold Transcripts to support this certificate (which is the list of modules you have completed).
• A current First Aid Certificate (or the willingness to obtain one)
• A copy of your Birth Certificate or Passport (for your working rights in Australia)
• Current Australian Drivers Licence and Car (registered and Comprehensively Insured).
• Experience in Aged Care (desirable) and a passion for working within the Community as with the Elderly.
