Aged Care Support Workers Needed ( No Experience)

We're seeking compassionate individuals to join our growing team of Aged Care Support Workers in beautiful Bundaberg, Queensland. While primarily based in Bundaberg.(Training will be provided however, in Hervey bay) And occasional travel to Hervey Bay may be required when needed!
No experience necessary! We'll provide comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to thrive in this rewarding role.
What you'll do:
Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, mealtimes, and medication management.
Foster a safe and supportive environment that promotes resident independence and dignity.
Engage residents in social activities and outings, tailoring experiences to individual interests.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents receive optimal care.
Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
