What you will do:
You will be the first point of contact for our clients. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our clients receive accurate and helpful responses to their enquiries.
Answer the phone – promptly and politely
Provide outstanding support to team members
Handle customer enquiries via phone and online
Assist customers with the application process
Filing customer documents
Manage email inbox
Use your own initiative, problem solve and truly exceed customer satisfaction
Other admin duties as required
What you will have:
