Qualifications Delivered:
- CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support
- CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support
- CHC43121 Certificate IV in Disability
- On-Site Assessment: Conduct regular on-site visits for face-to-face assessment and training, ensuring a positive learning and working environment.
- Training Delivery: Train and assess students through various methods, including online, classroom, and on-site with trainees.
- Caseload Management: Manage a caseload of trainees and funded students, tailoring training to meet learner needs and achieve progression and completion targets.
- Maintaining Quality: Ensure compliance obligations are met and uphold high standards in delivery and assessment.
- Mentoring: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to students from diverse backgrounds throughout their vocational journey.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adherence to professional standards with confidentiality and integrity.
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to collaborate.
- Organizational skills with the confidence to manage your own day efficiently.
- Flexibility to adapt to different circumstances and environments.
- TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or TAE40110 Certificate IV with upgraded units TAELLN411 and TAEASS502 or equivalent.
- Recent industry currency relevant to the field you’ll be teaching.
- Willingness to travel to student workplaces (Fuel Card & Travel Allowance provided).
