As an experienced Workplace Trainer with software training and education delivery experience, you will help propel us forward as we establish ourselves as a market leader.
About the role
- Utilise modern digital tools and best practice education delivery methods/models
- Hands-on involvement in user education, training, and successful onboarding of new clients
- Structuring training framework and delivery
- Develop deep, trusting relationships with customers, ensuring exemplary customer experiences
- Collaborate closely with industry, customers, and product teams to enhance Brevity Care solution and customer satisfaction
- Plan and administer training sessions in compliance with NDIA, Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF), and government guidelines
- Stay updated on NDIA policies, national training agendas, and training package changes.
- Provide professional support and answer customer queries
- Communicate bugs and software glitches through appropriate channels
- Stay informed about software enhancements and improvements
- Provide clear communication to customers via email or Jira

Skills and experience
- Proven experience in a similar role preferably within SaaS industry
- Experience in digital training toolset
- Experience in community support, NDIS, aged care preferred
- Impeccable communication skills
- Must be a team player
- Willingness to assist and support others
- Good time management and prioritisation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Experience with JIRA, Hubspot or similar tools
- Train the Trainer or similar education highly regarded
