Saturday to Sunday - Morning, Afternoon and Night Duty Shifts

Salary sacrificing - up to $18K (increase your take-home pay)
What you'll be doing
- Providing excellence in the delivery of personal care to our residents
- Supporting a multidisciplinary team under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse
Qualifications, Skills & Attributes Required for this role
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support Aged Care (essential).
- Previous experience working in Aged Care (preferred).
- Ability to assist residents in personal care and other activities.
- Maintain a hygienic, safe environment for residents, visitors and staff.
- Demonstrated compliance with resident/family privacy, dignity and confidentiality.
- Ability to assist with medication and simple wound dressings (desirable).
- Recognise, report and respond to changes in residents’ conditions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, empathy, and understanding of diverse backgrounds, values and cultures.
- Evidence of 3 x COVID-19 vaccinations.
- Current permit to work in Australia.
